Can stay in the same room with pets, but an additional cleaning fee of NT 200 per pet/night will be charged.

廚房恕不對外開放。一樓公共區設有飲水機、咖啡包、茶包及瓶裝水，可自行取用

Please note that guests do not have access to the kitchen. If you need any help, please let us know. There are water dispenser, coffee and tea bags and bottled water on the first floor, you can take it for free.

大廳服務時間至晚間22:00，上午11:00至下午16:00間為打掃時間不開放使用，若有行程諮詢或其他需求，敬請於服務時間洽詢。

The lobby is open until 22:00, and the cleaning work is from 11:00 am to 16:00 pm. If you have any itinerary advisory or other needs, please contact us during service hours.

We don’t provide the cleaning of your room and other services (no bed-making, no changing for sheets) from the 2nd night, for environmental consideration and guest’s privacy.

本店前方有一停車位，採先到先停的方式提供給客人停車，不會為特定客人保留。若已被其他客人先行停放車輛，建議可至中山路路邊停車格(步行約1分鐘)，晚上10點至早上10點期間不收費，收費期間每半小時10元。

We have a parking space in front of our B&B, which is provided to guests on a first-come, first-stop basis, and will not be reserved for specific guests. If other guests have parked the vehicle first, it is recommended to go to the roadside parking lot on Zhongshan Rd. (about 1-minute walk). There is no charge from 10pm to 10am. Charging period fee is NT 10 every half hour during the period.

入住時請攜帶有效身分證件（或護照、入台證），個人資料之蒐集、處理及利用，受個資法規定，負有保密義務，不會對外揭露或為住宿目的範圍外之利用

All guests must produce a valid passport upon Check-in, all collect personal data be protected by law, not allow to public or used for the other purpose except check-in.

訂金收取比例：平日假日寒暑假，訂金為總房價 50%，其餘金額於入住當天結清，春節過年期間，訂金為總房價 100%

Please prepay 50% deposit and square up the remaining balance when you check-in. Check-in date during the Chinese New Year period, please paid full payment.

如果需要修改入住日期，請至少七天前告知，將不加收延期費用，最多只能接受延期一次

If you have made your reservation and paid the deposit but wish to modify the check-in date, you may do so no later than 7 days before the check-in date by contacting us without being charged. Only one-time modification is allowed per order.

• 春節過年期間，全額付款，取消訂房，訂金恕不退還，可保留訂金，並於一年內使用
  Check-in date during the Chinese New Year period, please paid full payment. All reservations payments are non-refundable. But you can choose to modify the check-in date, deferred the deposit for use within one year.

• 以下退訂規則及比例，參照行政院發布之「個別旅客訂房定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」
  The following cancellation rules and refund rates have been in accordance with the law of the Executive Yuan.

• 入住日前 14 天以上取消訂房，可全額退訂金
  If you cancel your reservation 7 days prior to your check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), the deposit will be refunded.

• 入住日前 10 ~ 13 天取消訂房，可退 70% 訂金
  If you cancel your reservation 10 ~ 13 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 70% of your deposit.

• 入住日前 7 ~ 9 天取消訂房，可退 50% 訂金
  If you cancel your reservation 7 ~ 9 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 50% of your deposit.

• 入住日前 4 ~ 6 天取消訂房，可退 40% 訂金
  If you cancel your reservation 4 ~ 6 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 40% of your deposit.

• 入住日前 2 ~ 3 天內取消訂房，可退 30% 訂金
  If you cancel your reservation within 2 ~ 3 days to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 30% of your deposit

• 入住日前 1天內取消訂房，可退 20% 訂金
  If you cancel your reservation within 1 days to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 20% of your deposit

• 入住日當天取消訂房，訂金恕不退還，若尚未付訂，請於當日補繳訂金：寒暑假＆連續假日為總房價 50%，平日為總房價 30%
  If you cancel your reservation on the check-in date, all reservations payments are non-refundable. If you have not paid the deposit, please pay the deposit that day. For Peak Season (February, July, August), you have to pay 50% for the total price. On the weekday, you have to pay 30% for the total price.

• 如遇上颱風、天災等不可抗因素，以官方公佈為準，可全額退還訂金。若只是部分路段狀況、塞車、天氣預報下雨、炎熱、低溫，或報名的其它活動取消…等等個人行程考量，可提供延期，但不可退訂
  If the Mozhu or the place of your departure is affected by typhoon or any other major natural disasters pursuant to the government or Mozhu’s website announcement, you may contact us before your check-in date, you will receive the full refund of your deposit.
  If it is only part of the road condition, traffic jam, weather forecast, raining, hot or low temperature, or other activities be canceled, etc., you can choose to modify the check-in date, deferred the deposit for use within one year, but not refundable.
